Each session focuses on a core governance practice and can be taken in any order. Topics include: Aspirational Review, Governance Review, Strategy Review, Budget Review, Recruitment Review, Ethics Review, Funding Review, Performance Review, Operations Review, Strategy Retreat/Environmental Review, Programs Review, and Staff Encouragement. Sessions are scenario-based, tool-rich, and grounded in *The Culturally Conscious Board*.

Particpants work through evergreen board development reviews, exercises and capacity building processes. Led in a conversational style, from a veteran board coach, Dr. West will focus on one topic each month, introduce a practical exercise you can get oriented into and take back to your board.
We will reserve time for professional peer support with diverse and seasoned non-profit leaders. Quarterly guest facilitators will help you take deep dives into fundraising, culture, compliance, artifical intellgience impacts and other just-in-time governance training prioroties.
