Story Mapping | From Comfort to Congruence
Use this map to reflect on a current life situation — especially one where you’re facing a difficult decision, inner tension, or shift in direction. Don’t try to map your whole story; focus on the turning points related to this moment. The goal is to notice where you are, how you got here, and what growth is asking of you now.
Start in Comfortis (box ①): name something familiar you’ve relied on — a role, routine, or belief — that may no longer fit. Then move to Territorium Incognitum (box ②): what conflict, challenge, or uncertainty has disrupted that comfort? What decision or risk are you now facing? Finally, in Sine Finebus (box ③), describe what a more aligned, courageous version of you might look like if you follow through. Mark the X to name the clarity or value you want to live from as you move forward.
